referred to as "PxyEdge," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, and
protects your personal information when you access and use our platform.
Scope and Agreement
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by PxyEdge (collectively, the "Services")
through the following channels:

supported browser tools.

related technical services released by the Company.
Unless otherwise expressly defined in this Policy, legal terms used herein have the same
meaning as in our Terms of Service. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and
together forms a legally binding agreement between you and us.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE
We strictly adhere to the principles of "data minimization" and "purpose limitation," processing
your information only to the extent necessary to fulfill our service functionalities. In this Policy,
"Personal Information" refers to any data that directly or indirectly identifies a specific
individual or device.
1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide When you register an account, subscribe to a plan, or
request customer support, we may process:
• Account Credentials: Your email address and securely hashed access password.
• Financial and Transaction Records: To facilitate payments, issue invoices, and process
refunds, we retain transaction IDs generated by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe),
order amounts, timestamps, subscription cycles, and necessary billing addresses.
Communication Data: Details of your inquiries, contact information, and attachments
submitted via support tickets or emails.
1.2 Automated Technical Data (Website & Dashboard) When you visit our official website or
log into the user dashboard, our systems automatically record:
• Device and Environment Metadata: Browser type, operating system version, language
preferences, and anonymized device identifiers.
• Security and Interaction Metrics: Your originating IP address, approximate geo-location
based on that IP (country/city level), login timestamps, page navigation paths, clickstream
data, and crash reports.
1.3 Strict No-Log Policy (Proxy Tunnel) As a privacy-focused service, PxyEdge enforces a strict
No-Log Policy regarding your proxy tunnel activities. When you connect to the internet using our
proxy nodes, we DO NOT monitor, record, log, or store your browsing history, destination
websites, data content, or search queries. 1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies When you
visit the PxyEdge website and dashboard, we and our analytics partners (e.g., Google Analytics)
use cookies and similar technologies:
• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for enabling core platform functionalities (e.g., secure
logins, fraud prevention). Disabling these prevents the dashboard from functioning properly.
• Analytics/Performance Cookies: Used to analyze visitor traffic and optimize platform
experience. (Note: These tracking technologies apply exclusively to our website operation
and do NOT apply to proxy tunnel traffic.)
1.5 Information We Collect from Third Parties We may receive personal information from
trusted partners:
• Payment Processors & Fraud Systems: When you subscribe, our payment gateway (Stripe)
and anti-fraud partners share limited, sanitized data, including your billing address, card
issuer country, the last four digits of your credit card, IP address, and fraud risk scores. We do
not store your full credit card number.
• Referrals and Affiliates: If you participate in our referral program, we may share limited,
anonymized info (e.g., registration timestamps, sanitized order IDs) with the referrer to
allocate rewards accurately.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information exclusively for the following legitimate business purposes:
• Service Provision: To create your account, process payments, and deliver proxy routing
services.
Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor abnormal logins, detect and prevent
cyberattacks (e.g., DDoS), service abuse, and payment fraud.
• Communication & Support: To respond to tickets and send essential administrative
messages (updates, billing notices).
• Analytics and Improvement: To provide analytics or valuable information to help us
improve the Services.
• Legal Compliance: To fulfill tax/accounting obligations, respond to valid legal processes,
and defend our legal rights.
• Marketing: To send promotional offers or newsletters (you may opt-out anytime).
• Legal Basis (EEA/UK Users): If you reside in the EEA or UK, our legal basis for processing is:
(1) Performance of a Contract; (2) Legitimate Interests (security, fraud prevention); and (3)
Legal Obligations.
3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not rent or sell any user data. We only share your information in the following strictly
limited circumstances:
3.1 Essential Service Providers: We share strictly necessary data with trusted vendors
(Stripe, cloud hosting, ticketing systems) bound by confidentiality agreements.

by a legally binding subpoena, court order, or lawful request from government authorities
